Diya completed BSc. in Computer Information System from Sharjah American University of Asia in April 2002 and became mother of a son, named Aarsh Mainuddin Chishty, in 03 Nov 2002. Mr. Tawhid's younger daughter Tahiya Towhid studying in St. Mary's High School, Dubai.
