Meghna Victory, the largest bulk carrier of 66,000 DWT built in China

Meghna group has delivered her 1st of 4 new vessels 66,000 dwt BC today
at Yangzi- Mitsui shipyard in China. Under the project manager Engineer
Mr. Shahan Shah. The vessel will be on her maiden voy to Vancouver to
load 1st cargo.

With these vessels, Meghna’s Fleet will have 24 big ocean going vessels
top in the list of private shipping Company in Bangladesh. Vessels are
carrying the Bangladeshi Flag which will create good job opportunities
for BD seafarers.

MGI has developed a complete set of maritime units with considerable
fleet strength for providing a comprehensive range of integrated cargo
transportation linked with international and domestic services with
other in house logistic support. These maritime units are being managed
by a team of highly trained and experienced professionals sourced from
relevant and renowned segments.

The MGI has set an example to the Bangladeshi ship owner and at present
10 of MGI ships are under BMMOA CBA, which also proves their intention
and keen interest for wellfare and well being of Bangladeshi seafarers.
