Dr. Sajid Hussain elected as a trustee of the IMarEST

IMarEST is governed by its members through their elected representatives on Council and the Board of Trustees (BoT) as well as a number of Committees of Council. The IMarEST Executive implement the work of IMarEST from locations across the globe.

The Board of Trustees is the IMarEST’s governing body and has responsibility for policy and strategic matters.

Commandant Dr. Sajid Hussain has been elected as a trustee of the IMarEST, London, HQ.

Five (5) new Trustees, including The Commandant of Bangladesh Marine Academy (BMA) Chattogram, Dr. Sajid Hussain, has been elected for a 3 year term in the last IMarEST Council AGM (held remotely  from London due to CODID 19) on 3 April 2020.

For Commandant Dr. Sajid Hussain, by being in the BoT is an honour for himself as well as for BMA. It brings Bangladesh in the picture in a prestigious body.
