Tankers: Tanker values remain stable

MR2s CPO China and CPO India (52,000 DWT, Mar & Jul 2010, Hyundai Mipo) sold to Tufton Oceanic Assets in an en bloc deal for USD 37.0 mil, VV value en bloc USD 39.64 mil.

MR2 Ayesha (47,100 DWT, Feb 2008, Hyundai Mipo) sold to Norwegian buyers for USD 16.0 mil, VV value USD 15.12 mil.

Bulkers: Slight softening in middle aged Supramax values.

Capesize Amorito (179,300 DWT, Feb 2012, Sungdong) sold for USD 32.5 mil, VV value USD 31.42 mil.

Panamax Seatribute (81,800 DWT, Jul 2012, Daewoo) sold to Minsheng Financial Leasing for USD 21.0 mil, VV value USD 20.55 mil.

Containers: Modern handy container values have softened.
