Bangladesh Marine Academy alumni human chain;

February 7 & 8th in Chittagong and February 16th in Dhaka

An appeal: All alumni of BMA are requested to help with money and support at the events. This is the time to show your support.

 

 

“I had many meetings with the boys over the last 2 weeks.

The last one was held on Feb.04, 2016 from 2:30 pm till 6:30pm.

After long discussion with Dhaka & Chittagong boys, Human Chain

and Press Conference, has now been fixed as follows :

 

Chittagong :

Date : Feb. 07, ’16 at Press Club and

Feb. 08,,’16 at Agrabad & Shipping Office.

 

Estimated Expenses : Tk. 90,000.00

The boys have already taken Police Permission,

Advanced Conference Room at the Ctg. Press Club,

Completed writing of the Placards, Banners, Leaflet, Microphone  etc.

 

 

It is expected that there will be about 200 boys.

 

Dhaka : Date : Feb. 16, 2016 at Press Club.   

We are now preparing for 16th. Feb. at Dhaka.

Estimated Expenses is about Tk. 50,000.00

I shall have to start the total work from Sunday.

 

FYI, I have supervised the writing of the Leaflet. Ctg. will just Print it.

I have also supervised the detail writing of the Placard language.

All these were written, corrected and then send to Chittagong

electronically for re-production.

 

JMAAA will be written at the Banner that will be held by seniors.

 

I have also drafted letter to Honorable PM, which will be given to her

through her Military Secretary.

 

C/E Shakawat of 31 batch is leading the young.

They will also hand over a demand note to the “Shipping Master”,

so that he can officially hand over it the Ministry and DG Shipping.

 

I hope, I could give you the total picture.

The boys at Chittagong is asking me to come to Chittagong.

But I have slight temp., so want to avoid it.

But let me see, what happens.”
