An appeal – BMA Alumni Human chain at the Dhaka Press Club

An appeal:

All alumni of BMA are requested to help with money and support at the event. This is the time to show our support. It is our job to attract the attention of the Prime Minister about the plight of the Marine Academy, passed out cadets, additional marine academies that are about to start while the present fresh alumni are out of work. They are unemployed and we have no national policy to address this issue.

While we are performing “meet and greet”, fill up google groups with all types of personal greetings, it is the duty of all alumni; especially senior alumni to give full support to the juniors. They need our help. We must work together to attract attention of the authorities, especially the Prime Minister of our plight.

The Chittagong human chain on February 7&8 was a grand success. We got a lot of attention. Please help by joining the human chain in Dhaka on the 16^th and also help financially. Everything needs money. Making placards, leaflets, banners, microphone, meal, rent for the Press Club and transportation etc.
