Captain Sabbir Mahmood earns a LLM degree in Marine Law

Captain Sabbir Mahmood (27^th Nautical), Senior nautical Instructor of Bangladesh Marine Academy has been awarded a LLM in Maritime Law degree from London Metropolitan University. It was conducted by Lloyds Maritime Academy. His dissertation topic was ” Liability in Maritime Collision case: How is fault Apportioned”. This topic is still very much debatable in Legal field. He has tried to summarize the 100 years case history in English court. He has promised to share the paper with the Bangladeshi Mariners. He welcomes anyone to contact him to discuss or share their views, knowledge or experience in this field. He further invited everyone if they need to discuss or get advice on a collision case with him.
