Dear Baten

You would be pleased to know that I have been awarded the 20-year long service medal and certificate this month for my continuous long service with the Maritime and Coastguard Agency under the UK Department for Transport. I started at Aberdeen Marine Office (MO) in Scotland on 1 July 1994 as Nautical Surveyor and then moved on to Great Yarmouth MO as Principal Surveyor in Charge & Principal Examiner of Masters and Mates after working at London MO for a short period. Please keep me in your prayers.

Best regards

Dear Khairul:

It is indeed very heartening to see our mariners making great strides everywhere round the world. The Marine Academy in Chittagong has graduated many alumni who have had outstanding achievements. CAPTAIN FR Chowdhury, yourself and many others come to my mind.

Viva Bangladesh Mariners.

You make Bangladesh proud.

Congratulations. You deserved more than that. Because UK-MCA is a shrinking organization, they cannot promote you which you deserve. Best wishes.
