Preliminary schedule:

August 6, 2010 (Friday)

1. Arrival of the Guests at the Motel, reception by the Local Host

August 7, 2010 (Saturday)

2. Complementary Breakfast at the Motel

3. Tour of Montreal has been arranged, Bus will leave the Motel at 1030 Hours.

4. Packet Lunch will be served during the tour.

5. Bus will return at the Motel at 1700 Hours/07.08.10

6. Business Meeting at 1800 Hours (Venue will be declared later)

7. Cultural program has been arranged (participated mostly by the family members of guest and host) on Saturday night.
