We officially booked 20 rooms, 10 King + 10 Queen for August 6 & 7, 2010. Price CAD 89.00 plus Tax which will be about CAD 102.

Service includes Complementary Breakfast, Children under 18 years free. CAD 20 will be charged for each Child 18 years and older.  Today, we have seen the rooms and will advice those couple joining the event with Children to book Queen Room.

We have not booked the conference room as that will cost extra CAD 150 but the Manager promised that  if the same has not been booked by others, we might get the same for  free.

Preliminary schedule

 
1. The lunch for Saturday and grand dinner on Saturday night is arranged.

2. Cultural program arranged (participated mostly  by the family members of guest and host) on Saturday night.

3. Tour of Montreal with hired bus will be arranged soon.
