Schedule:Saturday – July 28, 20075PM               – Arrival of Members
7 – 10PM        – Dinner
10PM onwards till morning
Card games, dance, songs and dance
We will make arrangements for overnight stay.
Sunday – July 29, 20079-10 AM                   – Breakfast, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the morning
10 AM – 12 Noon       – Meeting
Agenda:Next set of office bearers will be elected by a simple show of hands. Constitution and the by-laws will be presented. Only agenda items will be discussed in order to cut down discussion time.
